This has to be one of my most favorite quotes now. When I read it, it spoke to me. Take care of yourself so your better able to serve others and feel good while you're here! I know a lot of people think it's selfish when you spend so much time taking care of yourself but it's actually more selfish not to take care of yourself--then you can't help yourself or anyone else. You have only one life so be the best and feel the best while you're here! When you serve each other, you deserve each other!
