There's just something about ending the day watching the sun go down. Being out in nature and walking and just appreciating what's around you changes everything in your life if you do that one action. Taking time for yourself and doing that makes all the difference. Just like with working out, consistency counts. It all adds up. Try it for a week and you will see the difference in your graditude for life or if you can't make it then you can watch mine because I made a pact with myself that I would see every one of them :) Enjoy! I don't want to be selfish and keep it all to myself.
