Happy Saturday! Today is day 13 of my Bikram challenge for myself of 60 classes in 30 days. I'm doing 2 classes a day. It's incentive not to miss when I think about doing 2 to 4 classes in one day. I know I can do it but better to just not miss and stay on schedule. I did them back to back today as I felt really strong. I always listen to my body. Yesterday, I drove straight to the nutrition store and asked for trace minerals without really thinking about it. Your body always talks to you. It's probably one of the reasons I felt so good today. I didn't know it was possible to sweat so much. Looks like you would lose all of it after one class :). Here's to always challenging yourself everyday of your life! Without challeng, there's no change!
