Happy New Year! Today is day 472 of not missing a sunset. I honestly don't know how it happened that this has become my trademark. It's like it's been in me all along and I woke up one day. Nature is such a beautiful gift that we are given and to pause in the moment and relish in the beauty is such an amazing thing. I feel like it's Christmas every day! Here's to a year of appreciating the beautiful things we are given! It's going to be an epic year!
As I stare out at the ocean with the sun descending, I think, "wow!" How lucky am I? I realize some people never even notice this and it's right here in front of them. I am so grateful that I SEE it! Here's to never missing a sunset...
